Hiring CNC Machine Operator (Fresher & 2+Exp)| Tiruvallur

As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for operating and overseeing CNC machinery to create precision parts and products. This is a full-time position based in Tiruvallur.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Set Up CNC Machines:** Prepare machines for production by installing and aligning tools, fixtures, and workpieces according to specifications.

- **Read Technical Drawings:** Examine blueprints and technical drawings to understand project specifications and ensure accurate production.

- **Monitor Machine Operations:** Keep an eye on the performance of CNC machines during operation, making adjustments as needed to maintain quality.

- **Conduct Quality Checks:** Use measuring tools to inspect finished products and ensure they meet required specifications and tolerances.

- **Maintain Equipment:** Regularly clean and perform basic maintenance on machines to ensure they operate efficiently and safely.

- **Collaborate with Team:** Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to report issues, suggest improvements, and stay informed on project updates.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

- A diploma in mechanical engineering or a related field is required, providing foundational knowledge for the role.
