Walk-in For Urgent Requirement For CNC Operator

We are looking for a skilled CNC Operator to operate and maintain CNC machines for precision manufacturing. The candidate should be able to read technical drawings, set up machines, and ensure production meets quality standards.

1️ƒ£ Machine Operation

Operate CNC machines (Lathe / Milling / VMC / HMC)

Load raw materials and monitor machine operations

Perform machine setup and tool offset adjustments

Change tools as required during production

2️ƒ£ Programming & Drawing

Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints

Understand basic G-code & M-code (preferred)

Follow work instructions and production plans

3️ƒ£ Quality Control

Measure finished products using vernier caliper, micrometer, bore gauge, etc.

Ensure products meet required tolerances and specifications

Maintain quality standards and minimize rejection

4️ƒ£ Maintenance & Safety

Perform routine machine cleaning and maintenance

Follow safety guidelines and company policies

Report machine issues to supervisor immediately

Qualification:

ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

1€“3 years experience preferred (Freshers can apply for trainee position)

🛠 Required Skills:

Knowledge of CNC machine operation

Basic understanding of engineering drawings

Familiarity with measuring instruments

Attention to detail

Ability to work in shifts

💼 Preferred Skills:

Experience in VMC machine operation

Basic programming knowledge

Experience in automotive or manufacturing industry
