CNC Operator - Full Time - Freshers

As a CNC Operator, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process by operating and maintaining CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines. This position is based in Kagal, and we welcome candidates with 0 to 3 years of experience.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Machine Setup:** Prepare CNC machines for production by installing and calibrating tools and fixtures according to specifications.

- **Program Operation:** Load and execute CNC programs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in operations to produce high-quality parts.

- **Quality Inspection:** Regularly inspect finished products using measuring tools, such as calipers and micrometers, to ensure they meet defined tolerances and specifications.

- **Documentation:** Maintain accurate records of production data, including quantities produced and any defects, to assist in quality control processes.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**
