k9hr solutions is looking for a cnc machine opeator as follows:

a cnc machine operator sets up, runs, and maintains computer numerical control (cnc) machines to create precise parts from raw materials like metal or plastic, focusing on reading blueprints, loading/unloading materials, monitoring operations, performing quality checks with measuring tools, conducting basic maintenance, and troubleshooting issues to ensure high-quality output while adhering to safety standards.

key responsibilities:

machine operation: set up, operate, and monitor cnc machines (milling, turning, cutting, drilling) to produce parts according to specifications.

programming/setup: input machine codes, load tools, and set machine parameters.

quality control: use precision instruments (calipers, micrometers) to inspect parts for defects and ensure they meet strict tolerances.

material handling: load raw stock and unload finished parts safely and efficiently.

maintenance: perform daily cleaning, check fluid levels (coolant/oil), and conduct basic preventive maintenance.

troubleshooting: identify and resolve issues with the machine, tools, or process.

documentation: keep accurate production logs, quality records, and report discrepancies.

safety: follow all company safety protocols and guidelines.
