Face-to-Face For CNC Machine Operator Jobs (Freshers)

Ability to operate and monitor industrial machinery according to standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Basic knowledge of machine setup, calibration, and adjustments

Understanding of production drawings, job sheets, and work instructions

Skills in loading/unloading raw materials and finished products safely

Experience in quality checking using measuring tools (vernier caliper, micrometer, gauges, etc.)

Knowledge of preventive maintenance and routine machine cleaning

Familiarity with safety standards

Capability to maintain production records, logs, and checklists

Ability to work in shifts and meet production targets

Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail

Teamwork skills and ability to follow supervisor instructions
