As a CNC Lathe Operator, you will play a vital role in manufacturing precision components using CNC lathe machines. This position requires individuals with a strong skill set in turning operations and programming.

Key Responsibilities include:

- Operating CNC lathe machines to produce high-quality parts in accordance with technical specifications and established standards.

- Programming CNC machines, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to safety standards.

- Conducting quality checks to ensure that finished products meet product specifications and tolerances.

- Performing regular maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC lathe machines to prevent downtime and ensure efficient operation.

Required skills and expectations involve:

- A minimum of 2 years and up to 8 years of experience in CNC lathe operation and programming.

- A basic understanding of engineering drawings and specifications.

- Proficiency in using measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers to guarantee accuracy in production.

- The ability to work effectively in a team setting, collaborating with colleagues to meet production goals.

- Candidates should have completed at least a 10th-grade education.
