CNC Laser Calibration - Full Time

1. Basic knowledge of CNC machines (Milling / Turning).

2. Knowledge of CNC controllers (Fanuc / Siemens / Mitsubishi).

3. Experience in laser calibration using Renishaw XL-80.

4. Understanding of pitch error measurement and compensation.

5. Knowledge of backlash measurement and adjustment.

6. Ability to perform machine axis accuracy testing.

7. Basic knowledge of metrology and micron level measurement.

8. Ability to use XL-80 software / report generation.

9. Basic mechanical alignment and troubleshooting skills.

10. Good communication and ability to work at customer sites.
