job summary:
we are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and results-driven clinic manager to oversee the daily operations of our medical diagnostic center. the ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient administrative and clinical workflows, maintaining high standards of patient care and satisfaction, and managing a multidisciplinary team including administrative and healthcare professionals.
key responsibilities:
**operational management:**
* oversee day-to-day clinic operations, ensuring smooth patient flow and service delivery.
* manage scheduling, resource allocation, and inventory for diagnostic services (., radiology, laboratory, cardiology).
* ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and accreditation requirements.
**staff management:**
* supervise administrative, technical, and support staff.
* coordinate staff scheduling, recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations.
* foster a collaborative and patient-focused work culture.
**financial oversight:**
* monitor clinic budgets, expenses, billing, and revenue.
* coordinate with finance teams on cost control, procurement, and insurance claims processing.
* analyze financial reports and make data-driven decisions to improve efficiency and profitability.
**patient experience:**
* ensure excellent patient service and satisfaction across all touchpoints.
* handle patient feedback and complaints professionally and promptly.
* implement quality improvement initiatives based on patient outcomes and feedback.
**compliance & reporting:**
* maintain up-to-date knowledge of health regulations and diagnostic standards
* prepare and submit operational and compliance reports to senior management.
* coordinate audits and inspections as needed.

### **qualifications:**
**education & experience:**
* bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field (master’s preferred).
* minimum 3–5 years of experience in clinic or healthcare facility management, preferably in a diagnostic or outpatient setting.
* strong knowledge of diagnostic services, including laboratory, imaging, and cardiology processes.
**skills:**
* excellent leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
* strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
* proficiency in medical software (., emr/ehr systems), ms office, and scheduling tools.
* problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.
