Oversee daily clinic operations, ensure exceptional patient care, and manage administrative and clinical staff to achieve efficient and effective healthcare delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative:
1. Manage clinic budget, finances, and resources.
2. Supervise administrative staff (reception, billing, etc.).
3. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols.
4. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements .
5. Maintain accurate records, reports, and dashboards.
Clinical:
1. Oversee clinical staff (providers, nurses, etc.).
2. Ensure quality patient care and outcomes.
3. Develop and implement clinical protocols and guidelines.
4. Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment.
5. Coordinate with other healthcare providers and facilities.
