Role Summary
We are looking for a Client Servicing Manager to lead client communication, requirement analysis, proposal development, project planning, and end-to-end event delivery. The ideal candidate will manage client relationships, guide internal teams, and ensure flawless execution of all events.
Key Responsibilities
Client Leadership & Strategy
Lead client meetings, understand briefs, and convert them into actionable event plans
Identify client needs, propose solutions, and manage expectations at all stages
Build long-term relationships with key corporate clients
Proposal & Budget Development
Prepare event concepts, presentations, budgets, and pitch decks
Ensure feasibility, profitability, and alignment with client goals
Collaborate with creative and production teams for accurate inputs
Project Planning & Coordination
Create detailed event timelines, checklists, and workflow plans
Liaise with production, creative, operations, logistics, and vendors
Manage approvals, revisions, and communication flows
On-Ground Event Delivery
Lead event execution and supervise all client interactions on-site
Ensure all deliverables are completed as per the approved plan
Resolve last-minute challenges professionally and efficiently
Team Management
Mentor and guide junior CS team members
Allocate responsibilities and monitor team performance
Weekly Review Meeting
Present project updates, client status, and process improvements in weekly reviews
