Role Description

Candidates should have complete understanding of Advertising and Marketing. Should have handled independent assignments, with complete ownership of work. A passion for advertising and marketing, a go-getter approach, strong communication and ability to work proactively is a must.

He/she is expected to own and service given set of clients from digital servicing. Provide strategic inputs and thought leadership to clients on the current digital landscape, key changes and plan optimization to maximize campaign performance. Will be responsible for managing the clients and delivering day to day requirements.

Skills

* Experience in the advertising or marketing industry is a must

* Team player with the confidence to take the lead and guide other employees when necessary

* Client Services and Client Relations skills

* Excellent written skills including the ability to create strategy set-ups and an agency point-of-view

* Effective Communication and Customer Service skills

* Experience in managing accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and developing customer retention strategies

* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services to clients

* Excellent problem solving skills and ability to work under pressure

* Review campaign performance and reporting to clients
