Job Description

Market Research Support

Understanding solar market and competitors positioning & branding in Germany.

Providing Market intelligence reports for Management Team.

Identify potential partners such as electrical installers, roofing installers etc.

Business Development

Identify opportunities and build strategies for business growth and work towards achievement of business targets set for the market

Design cost optimization strategy to ensure lower customer acquisition costs

Develop higher market penetration across different states of Germany

Build a network of partners who further generate references or act as business development partners contributing to company revenues.

Onboarding potential partners identified by the Company

Sales & Marketing

Execute the lead to prospect conversion process for leads given by digital marketing or various other sources

Cultivate lead by outbound calling or secondary research on internet

Generate meetings for Sales field executives in Germany and keep them occupied.

Conduct a Weekly Meeting with the Sales Team to inform the results of the leads generated and know and fill the gaps thereby.

Support Sales Field Executive in Germany with documentation, proposal making and other activities as required from time to time.

Follow up on leads generated important events and exhibitions across Germany.

Branding Communications

Briefing brand manager and/or advertising agency & coordinating with them to develop German communications as requested by field teams.

Translate and verify the marketing literature and campaigns

Verification and Validation of multilingual collaterals, ads and creatives

Maintain the Companys Xing (LinkedIn equivalent) page, German website and ensure grammatically and linguistically correct information is shared.

Create German translation for any marketing content company creates.

Assist as a point of contact for all company related German communications in meetings, email
