job description:

• responsible for maintaining the relationship with existing clients of sgs in usa.

• will work as bridge between sgs internal team and the clients of sgs.

• would be responsible for all the interactions with clients via emails and calls.

• co-ordination between the prospective clients and various departments in sgs.

• needs to maintain variety of data on different transactions with client.

• reports to management about the work performed on a daily basis.

• accountable for getting the work completed following the slas and tats of sgs.

requirements:

• must have 1+ year of experience in handling clients/ customer via emails and phones. (international client/customer experience is preferred)

• must have excellent communication skills.

• self-starter, motivated and detailed/results oriented.

• strong organizational skills.

• good team player.

education:

• bachelor’s degree is required
