attending clients visiting office with respect to investment related to:

o mutual funds.

o tax free bonds, non-convertible debentures (ncd), perpetual bonds, corporate

bonds, sovereign gold bonds.

o ipo

o unlisted stocks

o fixed deposit

o portfolio management services equity pms & re-pms.

o investment in aif (alternative investment fund)

o investment in foreign equity.

taking follow-ups and maintaining relationship with regular clients on regular bases or

defined frequencies.

reporting the status of rm performance.

taking timely follow-up with clients on regular or defined frequencies.

to coordinate with client collecting the documents related to investments from clients

and handover to operations dept. for submission processing and also coordinate with

research dept. for suggestion related matters.

updating the follow-up records related to clients status and reporting to gm

investment services and md for the same.

to collect all documents day wise related to investment from all rms & issue to

operation department time to time for processing.

responsible and authorize to fulfill the responsibility assigned.
