position overview: we are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic client relationship association (crm)

to join our team. the ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for fundraising, and the

ability to effectively engage with potential donors over the phone.

key responsibilities:

 outbound calls: conduct outbound calls to potential donors to promote our initiatives and solicit

donations.

 donor engagement: build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective donors, ensuring a

positive experience.

 campaign promotion: inform and educate potential donors about smile india trust’s mission, programs,

and campaigns.

 data management: accurately record and update donor information and interactions in our crm

system.

 follow-up: follow up on leads and previous conversations to encourage donations and provide additional

information as needed.

 reporting: provide regular feedback and reports on call outcomes, donor responses, and areas for

improvement.

qualifications:

 experience: fresher.

 skills: strong verbal communication skills, persuasive ability, and active listening.

 passion: genuine interest in charitable work and enthusiasm for promoting our cause.

 education: 12th /graduation.

 tech-savvy: proficient in using crm systems and basic office software.
