Female - Walk-in For Classroom Teacher

We are looking for a female Classroom Teacher in Goradih to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for teaching and a commitment to helping students learn. This is a full-time position, and the teacher will be required to work from the office.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and Deliver Lessons: Design engaging lessons based on the curriculum and teach them in a way that is easy for students to understand.

- Assess Student Progress: Regularly evaluate students through tests, assignments, and classroom participation to identify their strengths and areas for improvement.

- Manage Classroom Environment: Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere, encouraging respect, cooperation, and effective communication among students.

- Communicate with Parents: Provide updates to parents on their child's progress, and address any concerns they may have about their education.

- Collaborate with Colleagues: Work together with other teachers and staff to develop and improve teaching strategies and share best practices.

- Participate in Professional Development: Attend workshops and training sessions to enhance teaching skills and stay updated on educational practices.

Required Skills and Expectations:

The candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree in education or a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential to effectively engage with students and parents. The teacher should be patient and adaptable, able to address diverse learning needs. Basic computer skills are necessary for preparing lessons and maintaining student records. Prior teaching experience is a plus, but not mandatory; a willingness to learn and grow is highly valued.
