job title: civil field supervisor - optical fiber cable (ofc) operations

location: coimbatore .

positions: 1no each location.

experience: 6+ months in ofc fieldwork

qualification: iti/diploma in electronics/civil/any other.

key responsibilities:

1> perform ofc laying, routing, and troubleshooting.

2> manage materials, vehicle mis, and daily attendance sign-off.

3> ensure 100% safety compliance as per airtel policy.

4> handle site restorations, drop cable/otb changes.

5> lisoning with local authorities for network protection & smooth execution.

6> coordinate with infra partners to safeguard cables.

7> maintain 12x7 availability with vehicle & labour support.

8> speak, read, write in english communication.
