1. data management:
assist in entering and organizing property-related data such as square footage, location, and sales history into spreadsheets or databases.
maintain accurate and up-to-date property records.

3. data analysis (basic level):

5. quality check:

educational background:
a bachelors degree in engineering will be an advantage.
a minimum of a bachelor's degree or diploma in any field.
