Maintain MIS reports, databases, and assigned documentation

Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification: Diploma - Civil (Technical Assistant) / B. E. - Civil Engineering (Site Engineer)
Mobility: Must own a bike with a valid driving license
Experience: 0 to 2 years
Communication:
Proficient in spoken and written Tamil & English
Ability to converse in Tamil (reading/writing mandatory)
Work Mode:
Must be willing to travel daily for site visits

Job Title: Report Executive Fresher
Key Responsibilities:
1. Data Management:
Assist in entering and organizing property-related data such as square footage, location, and sales history into spreadsheets or databases.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date property records.
2. Report Support:
Help in compiling and formatting basic valuation reports under guidance.
Assist in preparing summaries and simple calculations for internal review.
3. Data Analysis (Basic Level):
Support the team by reviewing basic property data and identifying key points relevant to valuation.
Learn to observe market trends and price movements.
4. Software & Tools Usage:
Operate basic computer software tools used for data entry and report generation (., MS Excel, Word).
Be willing to learn property valuation software and relevant tools.
5. Quality Check:
Double-check data entries for accuracy.
Follow standard procedures to ensure data integrity in reports.
6. Client and Team Communication:
Respond to client queries politely under supervision.
Assist internal teams with valuation-related tasks and coordination.
Required Skills:
Basic Computer Knowledge: Familiarity with MS Office and data entry tools.
Typing Skills: Average typing speed with reasonable accuracy.
Tamil Reading Ability: Must be able to read and understand property-related content in Tamil.
Communication Skills: Basic ability to communicate clearly in Tamil and English.
Attention to Detail: Focused on entering and managing data accurately.
Eagerness to Learn: Open to learning new tools, software, and industry standards.
Adaptability: Willing to adapt to new processes, tools, and team needs.
Educational Background:
A Bachelors degree in Engineering will be an advantage.
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree or diploma in any field.
Candidates from finance, economics, or commerce backgrounds will be preferred but not mandatory.
