Qualification: ./ in Civil Engineering (MBA/PGDM is a plus)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Project Manager with a strong background in Civil Engineering to oversee construction projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing large-scale infrastructure, residential, commercial, or industrial construction projects, ensuring quality, cost, and timelines are effectively controlled.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage end-to-end execution of construction projects.

Prepare project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.

Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers.

Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise on-site.

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Conduct site inspections and quality control checks regularly.

Manage project documentation, including contracts, RFIs, submittals, and reports.

Handle client communication and provide regular updates on project milestones.

Identify project risks and create mitigation strategies.

Manage procurement of materials and equipment within budget.

Ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory compliance.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and construction methods.

Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, etc.).

Excellent communication, leadership, and team coordination skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Knowledge of safety norms and quality assurance procedures.

Salary: As per industry standards (50-60 k)

Working Days: 6 days a week (Site-based)
