Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Manager / Civil Head PEB Division to lead and oversee civil and structural execution of Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) projects from foundation to final erection. The role involves end-to-end project management, site coordination, team leadership, cost control, and client interaction to ensure timely and quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

1) Plan, execute, and monitor civil and structural works for PEB projects.

2) Manage multiple project sites, ensuring progress as per approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.

3) Coordinate with Design, Production, Quality, and Erection teams for smooth execution.

4) Supervise site engineers, supervisors, and workforce; ensure effective manpower utilization.

5) Maintain quality, safety, and statutory compliance across sites.

6) Prepare project schedules, budgets, MIS reports, and progress updates.

7) Monitor project costs, verify contractor bills, and control budget variations.

8) Act as primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and vendors.

9) Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and confidentiality of project data.

Qualification & Skills

1) ./ in Civil Engineering

2) Strong knowledge of PEB structures, foundations, and site execution
