Civil Site Engineer (Male)

We are seeking a motivated Civil Site Engineer with 2 to 5 years of experience to join our team in Amruthahalli, Bangalore. This role involves planning, executing, and overseeing civil engineering projects on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Site Management**: You will supervise daily site activities, ensuring work is carried out safely and according to project specifications and timelines.

2. **Quality Control**: Implement and monitor quality control procedures to guarantee that all work meets both company and industry standards.

3. **Collaboration**: Work closely with architects, project managers, and other engineers to coordinate project requirements and resolve any issues that arise on-site.

4. **Documentation**: Maintain detailed records of progress, materials used, and any changes made to original plans to keep the project on track and documented accurately.

5. **Problem-Solving**: Identify potential problems early and come up with practical solutions to ensure project deadlines are met without compromising quality.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should hold an . certification and possess strong knowledge of construction processes and materials. You must be able to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings accurately.
