Civil Site Engineer

Senior Executive Engineer:- Minimum experience of 4-5 years

1) Inspection of Concreting, Reinforcement, shuttering, plumbing, electrical, tiling, false ceiling, door, windows, lift installation and other technical aspects. Site Supervision, quality control work, inspection and monitoring below the working structures.

2) Scrutiny of MEP, RCC, GFC plans received from various consultants of the Developer.

3) Monitoring the Progress to ensure adherence to the technical specifications and generate detailed project.

4) Knowledge of Rate Analysis, Comparative charts for contractors and other agency quotes.

5) Co-ordination with Design, Architect, Structural Consultant and MEP Consultant.

6) Conversant with Auto Cad software.

7) Candidate who has supervised under construction Residential Towers in Mumbai & Thane Belt can independently handle sites.

8) Knowledge of Material Testing.

9) Tracking Planned VS Actual Monitoring & Managing Completion of Project Time.

10) Material Ordering, Maintaining Threshold on Site & Material Reconciliation
