Civil Site Engineer - East Siang

Key Responsibilities

Execution & Department Handling

ï‚· Handle and manage the Civil / Site Engineering Department at the project site

ï‚· Execute and supervise all civil works related to SWM and STP projects

ï‚· Plan, allocate, and monitor work of site engineers, supervisors, and workforce

ï‚· Ensure work execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and timelines

ï‚· Coordinate with Project Manager, consultants, vendors, and local authorities

ï‚· Monitor quality standards, safety compliance, and productivity at site

ï‚· Maintain site records, measurements, DPRs, and documentation

ï‚· Support BOQ tracking, billing, and certification

Operation & Maintenance (O&M)

ï‚· Oversee Operation & Maintenance activities during the O&M period of SWM/STP

facilities

ï‚· Ensure smooth functioning of plant structures, civil assets, and utilities

ï‚· Coordinate with O&M staff for preventive and corrective maintenance

ï‚· Monitor performance parameters and address civil-related issues during O&M

ï‚· Ensure compliance with contract conditions and statutory requirements during O&M

ï‚· Support audits, inspections, and handover documentation

Required Candidate Profile

ï‚· ./ or Diploma in Civil Engineering

ï‚· 5€“7 years of experience in SWM, STP, WTP, or infrastructure projects

ï‚· Experience in department handling, site execution, and O&M activities

ï‚· Strong leadership skills to manage site teams and contractors

ï‚· Willing to relocate and work full-time at Pasighat project site

ï‚· Good coordination, reporting, and problem-solving skills

ï‚· Ability to handle site independently during execution and O&M phase
