Position Details
Position Title: Civil Engineer
Location: As per project/site requirement
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary Range: INR 20,000 40,000 per month (Negotiable based on qualification and
interview performance)
Key Responsibilities
Conduct technical appraisal and evaluation of infrastructure and industrial projects.
Assist in preparation and review of Techno-Economic Feasibility (TEF) and Techno-
Feasibility reports.
Carry out site inspections, project monitoring, and progress verification for lenders and
stakeholders.
Act as part of the Lenders Independent Engineer (LIE) team for infrastructure projects.
Evaluate civil works including roads, buildings, industrial plants, utilities, and allied
structures.
Verify project cost estimates, BOQs, construction schedules, and contractor bills.
Monitor compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and statutory norms.
Prepare periodic site visit reports, progress reports, and deviation analysis.
Coordinate with project promoters, contractors, consultants, and bank officials.
Support asset valuation, risk assessment, and restructuring assignments as required.
