We are looking for a Quantity surveyor cum contract admin who can support overseas team with Quantity takeoff and tender submission through their back-end operation.

The ideal candidate will have a degree/ diploma in Civil engineering and be proficient in reading and interpreting plans and drawings. This is a full-time office-based job for a candidate with the possibility of a hybrid work environment offering Work from Home.

Quantity estimation

Cost estimation

Must be able to lead a team of 3 to 5 employees with a positive attitude

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil engineering

2-5 years of civil engineering experience related to office work and software

Experience with AutoCAD and Revit is desirable but not mandatory

Strong organizational, analytical, communication skills and design skills

Computer literacy including MS Office and Outlook required.

Proficient in English including speaking and writing

Salary will be open to negotiation for a right candidate
