Roles and Responsibilities

The candidate should test and improve economically, the quality of daily production of Paver Blocks and Flyash bricks.

The major test includes mainly Sieve analysis, Moisture test, Compressive Strength test, Split & Tensile test, Abrasion test etc and maintain the lab and its instruments and its documents.

He should also be responsible for all the civil work at factory.

He should look after factory site maintenance.

He should supervise/check incoming of Raw Materials at Factory.
