we are looking for an experienced civil engineer who can effectively coordinate with contractors and site teams to ensure proper execution of work as per approved drawings. the candidate should be capable of managing day-to-day site activities and maintaining smooth communication between all stakeholders.

key responsibilities:

coordinate with contractors for execution of work as per drawings

interpret and explain construction drawings to site teams

monitor site activities and ensure quality and timelines are maintained

resolve site-related issues in coordination with contractors

prepare and share daily/weekly progress updates

ensure compliance with safety and project standards

required skills:

strong knowledge of civil construction drawings

contractor coordination and site execution experience

good communication and problem-solving skills

ability to handle multiple site activities

basic knowledge of quality control and safety practices

preferred candidate:

hands-on site experience

local candidate from raipur or willing to relocate
