Civil Engineer

We are looking for a driven and skilled Civil Engineer to join our team in Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have 3 to 9 years of experience in civil engineering and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (). This is a full-time position that requires working from the office.

Key Responsibilities:

- Project Planning: Create detailed plans for construction projects, ensuring they meet client specifications and regulatory standards.

- Site Supervision: Oversee construction sites to ensure that work is proceeding according to plans and safety standards, and address any issues that arise.

- Design Review: Analyze and review engineering designs, making recommendations for improvement to enhance functionality and safety.

- Coordination with Teams: Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and project execution.

- Quality Control: Conduct inspections to verify that materials and workmanship meet established quality standards, making adjustments as necessary.

Required Skills and Expectations:

The candidate must have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong attention to detail. Proficiency in engineering design software is essential. The role requires effective communication skills to interact with team members and clients clearly. The ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines is critical.
