2. Design & Pre-Construction
Detailed Design: Create final technical drawings, specifications, and blueprints using specialized software.
Structural Analysis: Perform complex calculations to ensure the strength, stability, and durability of the proposed structure.
Permitting: Prepare and submit all necessary documentation to obtain regulatory permits and approvals.
Tendering: Assist in compiling job specifications and supervising the contractor tendering and bidding process.
3. Construction & Supervision
On-Site Management: Supervise the construction process, manage daily site activities, and guide field personnel.
Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections to ensure all work adheres to the design and quality specifications.
Material Logistics: Monitor the inflow, usage, and quality of raw materials and equipment.
Troubleshooting: Address and resolve technical problems and deficiencies that arise during construction.
Safety Enforcement: Ensure that safe work practices and all required safety protocols are consistently followed.
4. Post-Construction & Maintenance
Project Handover: Prepare technical files and documentation for the resulting structure or service.
Operation & Assessment: Oversee the initial operation and performance assessment of the completed infrastructure.
Maintenance Planning: Develop comprehensive plans for the long-term repair, maintenance, and replacement of infrastructure components.
