Engineer (Fresher – Civil)

We are looking for a motivated Civil Engineer to join our team in Delhi. This is an entry-level position suitable for recent graduates or individuals with up to one year of experience in civil engineering. As a Civil Engineer, you will work on various projects related to infrastructure and construction, ensuring they meet safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and Planning: Assist in the design and planning of civil engineering projects, including roads, bridges, and buildings. This involves using software tools and calculations to create effective designs.

- Site Inspection: Conduct regular inspections of construction sites to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications. You will check that work is being done correctly and safely.

- Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with architects, contractors, and other engineers to coordinate project efforts. Communication is key to ensuring that everyone is aligned on project goals.

- Report Preparation: Prepare technical reports and project documentation. This includes documenting findings from site inspections and contributing to project proposals.

- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve any engineering issues that arise during project development. Your creativity and analytical skills will help ensure successful solutions.

Required skills and expectations include a degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with design software like AutoCAD. A proactive attitude and willingness to learn are also essential, as you will be part of a dynamic environment that values growth and innovation.

Salary Structure:

Trainee (1-3 months): ₹16,000 per month

Trainee (4-6 months): ₹18,000 per month

Engineer (7-12 months): ₹20,000 per month

Regular Quality Control Engineer (after 1 year): ₹ LPA + ESI & PF benefits
