Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Civil Draftsman with 4 to 5 years of experience to join our team in Coimbatore, India. In this full-time role, you will create detailed 2D drawings and 3D models using CAD software to assist architects and engineers in obtaining building approvals and layouts.

Key responsibilities include preparing design plans that align with project specifications and regulatory requirements, ensuring that your work meets the standards needed for NOCs (No Objection Certificates). You will be required to coordinate effectively with engineers and other departments to ensure seamless integration of designs into ongoing projects.

The ideal candidate will possess a Diploma in a relevant field and demonstrate proficiency in CAD software for executing design tasks. Strong analytical skills are necessary for interpreting project specifications accurately. Applicants should have the ability to communicate ideas clearly and work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills will be crucial to your success in this role.

This position requires you to work from the office in Coimbatore, and you will provide your own laptop and mobile device for communication and project management.
