∙Drafting and Design: Creating detailed 2D CAD drawings and 3D models for

structural, electrical, and plumbing layouts.

∙Technical Documentation: Preparing construction documents, blueprints, and,

schematics for, contractors and permitting, agencies.

∙Site Analysis and Surveys: Visiting, construction, sites, to collect, measurements

and, verify, dimensions.

∙Compliance and Codes: Ensuring all designs, adhere, to building, codes, zoning

regulations, and, safety, standards.

∙Collaboration: Working, with, architects, and, engineers, to, interpret, instructions,

and resolve, design, issues.

∙Revision and Maintenance: Modifying, and, updating, drawings, based, on, client,

∙Software Proficiency: Strong skills in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar 3D modeling/BIM

specifications.
