We are looking for a skilled Chinese Cook to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The ideal candidate should have 2 to 5 years of experience in preparing Chinese cuisine and should be able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Prepare Dishes**: Cook a variety of traditional Chinese dishes, ensuring flavor, presentation, and portion control meet our quality standards.

- **Maintain Cleanliness**: Keep the kitchen and work areas clean and organized, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.

- **Ingredient Management**: Select and manage fresh ingredients, ensuring proper storage and handling to maintain quality and freshness.

- **Menu Development**: Assist in creating and updating the menu with new dishes and seasonal specials that excite our customers.

- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely service.

- **Customer Feedback**: Take note of customer preferences and feedback to continually improve dishes and customer satisfaction.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

The candidate should possess a strong understanding of Chinese cooking techniques and ingredients. He must have good knife skills and the ability to multitask effectively. A strong sense of teamwork and the ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen setting are essential. Good communication skills are necessary to coordinate with other staff.
