Must be having the Interior projects execution skills and BOQ skills.- Interior execution team handling skills and Client coordination skills.- Experience in working with and leading a team of Interior project managers / engineers.- Familiarity with Carpenter team sourcing and coordination skills, Understanding of fall ceiling works, Interior bedrooms, wardrobes and TV unit fixing skills.- Quality control techniques and experiences.- Familiarity with the Drawings and Scheduling of Projects.- Decision making skills and sound knoweldge in Interiors.- Experience with AutoCAD and other relevant software a plus.
