Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management:

Oversee RCM Operations: Manage day-to-day operations of the RCM division, ensuring efficiency and compliance.

Monitor KPIs: Assess the effectiveness of RCM processes through key performance indicators.

Ensure Accuracy: Oversee timely and accurate billing, coding, collections, and reimbursements.

Process Improvement:

Identify Improvements: Determine areas for process enhancement and implement best practices.

Utilize Technology: Enhance operational efficiency through technology and automation.

Improve Patient Experience: Lead initiatives to enhance the patient billing experience.

Financial Oversight:

Manage Budget: Develop and oversee the RCM budget to meet financial goals.

Analyze Data: Review financial data to identify trends and opportunities for cost reduction.

Ensure Reporting Accuracy: Collaborate with the finance team for accurate financial reporting and forecasting.
