job profile:

• to oversee all financial aspects of business and drive the company’s financial strategic requirements

• oversee direct/indirect taxation, tax related matters under litigation and co-ordinate with the authorities, consultants

• co-ordinate with the bankers and financial institutions

• guide the company towards profitability and long-term success

• oversee the company secretarial functions

• managing the finance and accounting tem

• develop/implement the corporate fund-raising strategies

• monitor company’s business plan/budget

• prepare timely reports on financial performance on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis

• liaise with the statutory auditors and ensure compliance to financial laws, policies & guidelines

technical skills:

• in-depth knowledge in corporate finance and accounting principles, laws & practices, and direct & indirect taxation.

• basic awareness & knowledge on company law & related policies and banking practices

• proficient in the use/implementation of financial management softwares like erp

soft skills:

educational qualification: chartered accountant or mba finance

experience: experience of 15-20 years with latest experience as finance head/financial controller. experience in real estate, construction & contracting sector will be an added advantage
