JOB SUMMARYWe are searching for a dynamic and experienced leader to join our company in the role of CEO(Chief Executive Officer). The Chief Executive Officer will work closely with the Board ofDirectors, serving as managing director of corporate operations and as the main link betweenthe different divisions within the company. The ideal candidate for this position has previouscorporate management experience and a proven track record for effective team managementand results-driven leadership.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDirect the company in keeping with the vision outlined for the company by the Board ofDirectorsOversee quality control throughout the company, establishing goals for each departmentin partnership with division managersWorking as VP-Operations, handling day to day plant Operations includes ProductionCo-Ordination & Planning, QA, Maintenance, HR, Stores, Purchase, Accounts,Despatches.Liasioning with Govt. Bodies, Labour Contractor & other external agencies likeFactory Inspector, GPCB, Electrical Inspector, Labour officer. New Projects handling.General Administration of Company.Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Law or Liberal Arts15 years of corporate managerial experienceStrong ability to organize effectively, delegate responsibility, solve problems quickly andcommunicate clearlyLeadership skills, including the ability to manage time effectively and handle both internal andexternal conflicts
