**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Process Design:** Develop and improve chemical processes used in manufacturing, focusing on maximizing efficiency and minimizing waste.

- **Research and Development:** Conduct experiments and research to innovate new materials or processes that can enhance product quality or production speed.

- **Safety Compliance:** Ensure all operations follow safety regulations and environmental standards, implementing any necessary changes to maintain compliance.

- **Problem-Solving:** Analyze and troubleshoot issues in chemical processes, providing effective solutions to improve production reliability.
