remuneration: £27,000 a year based on a 48-hour week. 5 days on and 2 days off – with a potential to earn overtime should the candidate wish.

qualification: candidate needs to be a team player first and foremost, additionally, he/she needs to be an engaged, creative foodie who can cook great dishes with exotic and local ingredients.
specialisation of cuisine: candidate is expected to be qualified in cooking continental food with working knowledge of asian cuisine, if possible.
