We are seeking a motivated Chef to join our team in Manali. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of experience in a professional kitchen and a passion for cooking. The Chef will be responsible for preparing delicious meals and ensuring quality food service.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Meal Preparation**: Create a variety of dishes, including appetizers, main courses, and desserts, ensuring flavors and presentation meet our high standards.
- **Menu Planning**: Assist in developing seasonal menus and special offerings, allowing creativity and innovation to shine through the food served.
- **Food Safety**: Adhere to all kitchen safety and hygiene standards, ensuring the kitchen and food are always clean and safe for consumption.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor stock levels and help with ordering ingredients to ensure the kitchen is well-stocked with fresh supplies.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work alongside other kitchen staff to facilitate a smooth operation, offering support and guidance as needed.
**Required Skills and Expectations:**
- Previous experience as a Chef or in a similar role is essential, with preference given to candidates with 1 to 2 years of hands-on kitchen experience.
- Strong culinary skills with a good understanding of various cooking techniques and world cuisines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality food preparation.

Candidates should be male and must have completed at least their 12th grade education. This is a full-time position that requires working from the office.
