job description:

we are looking for a skilled chef with expertise in continental cuisine and a basic understanding of bakery operations. as a chef at the lark cafe, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a range of continental dishes and assisting with bakery items. the role includes creating menus, ensuring food quality, and contributing to a positive kitchen environment.

key responsibilities:

- prepare and cook continental dishes according to recipes and standards

- assist in bakery operations, such as baking bread and pastries

- develop and innovate menu items to delight our customers

- maintain kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards

- work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations

qualifications:
