primary responsibilities

customer engagement over live chats

identify and resolve escalated customer issues

find alternate solutions by researching and exploring information using available resources.

skills and competencies

6 months+ experience in web chat with excellent command over english

good typing speed of over 25 wpm and 90% accuracy

proficiency in microsoft office (especially excel, word)

the candidate has to be a quick learner, high on energy and must have a flair for customer processes

willing to work in night shifts

work from office

immediate joiners only

qualification of the candidates :- any graduate or post graduate

gender :- both male & female (most preference to male candidates as this is a night shift job)

location :- candidates residing in and around secunderabad are preferred.
