Finance Manager - Responsibilities:

Ø Experience in setting up controls, streamlining processes.

Ø SOP streamlining, SOP preparation

Ø Engagement in foreign accountants for foreign subsidiaries

Ø Have in - depth understanding of import & Export as these are an integral part to the operations.

Ø Should be confident and comfortable with Excel and hands on experience of formulating MIS across functions and get them implemented .

Ø Managing all finance and accounting operations

Ø Oversee the duties of the accounting team.

Ø Implement accounting systems and processes.

Ø Coordinating and directing the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances

Ø Overseeing and preparing income statements

Ø Participating in budgeting processes

Ø Managing financial transactions

Ø Streamlining accounting functions and operations

Ø Reconcile income statements.

Ø Prepare monthly financial reports.

Ø Prepare Final balance sheets.

Ø Control the master data of the general register.

Ø Review and release online banking payments.

Ø Ensure compliance with state revenue service.

Ø Provide ongoing accounting and reporting support.

Ø Manage the full financial process.

Ø Prepare an expense budget report.

Skills Required:

Ø Qualification- CA

Ø 3-10 years post . experience.

Ø Expert in finance controlling, controls, financial statements preparation, leading team, leadership qualities

Ø Registration with accredited statutory body and association.

Ø Excellent interpersonal skills

Ø Proficiency in accounting software

Ø Analytical skills

Ø Fully compliant as a tax practitioner.

Ø Filing of corporate tax returns.

Ø Experience in providing financial advice.
