Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the overall operations, business strategy, financial performance, and growth of the hospital. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in hospital administration, healthcare operations, business development, financial management, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the overall hospital operations, including clinical and non-clinical functions.

Develop and implement strategies for hospital growth, profitability, and long-term sustainability.

Drive revenue growth, business development, and patient acquisition initiatives.

Monitor and manage P&L, budgets, costs, and financial performance.

Lead and motivate hospital leadership teams and ensure effective coordination between departments.

Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, consultants, patients, vendors, and other stakeholders.

Ensure high standards of patient care, service quality, and patient satisfaction.

Monitor hospital processes and identify opportunities for operational efficiency and cost optimization.

Ensure compliance with applicable healthcare regulations, statutory requirements, and quality standards.

Lead and support NABH/accreditation and quality initiatives, wherever applicable.

Identify opportunities for new services, partnerships, expansion, and business growth.

Review key operational and financial KPIs and take corrective actions when required.

Represent the hospital in strategic meetings and external stakeholder engagements.

Educational Qualification

MBA / PGDM in Healthcare Management, Hospital Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

MHA / Hospital Administration qualification is also relevant.

Candidates with a medical background such as MBBS along with MBA/MHA may also be considered, depending on the requirement.
