Walk-In Interview CCTV Technician - Full Time

-Install, configure, and commission CCTV cameras, surveillance systems, and related security equipment at client sites.

-Perform site visits to assess installation requirements, cable routing, equipment placement, and project feasibility.

-Carry out structured cabling, wiring, conduit work, cable termination, and network connectivity for CCTV and home automation systems.

-Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues related to cameras, DVRs, NVRs, networking, and security systems.

-Ensure proper system testing, calibration, and handover to clients after installation.

-Provide basic user training to clients on operating CCTV and home automation systems.

-Conduct routine maintenance, servicing, and system upgrades when required.

-Coordinate with clients and the internal team to schedule installations, service visits, and project completion.

-Maintain installation records, service reports, and inventory of tools and equipment.

Follow company safety standards and installation best practices at all times.

Ensure professional behavior and excellent customer service during all client interactions.

Travel to customer locations for installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and support activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Good knowledge of CCTV Cameras, DVRs, NVRs, IP Cameras, and Networking.

Experience in camera installation, wiring, cable laying, and troubleshooting.

Ability to read installation layouts and execute site work independently.

Knowledge of home automation systems, smart devices, and access control systems will be an added advantage.

Basic understanding of LAN networking, routers, switches, and internet connectivity.

Ability to use installation tools, testing equipment, and power tools safely.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Willingness to travel for site visits and field work.
