CCTV Technician - Installation & Maintenance

We are looking for a skilled CCTV Technician with experience in the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of security and networking systems. The candidate should have hands-on knowledge of CCTV cameras, NVR/DVR systems, IP cameras, PoE switches, structured cabling, and network troubleshooting. Responsibilities include installing and commissioning CCTV surveillance systems, Access Control Systems, Video Door Phone (VDP) systems, Public Address (PA) Systems, biometric attendance devices, and LAN networking infrastructure. The technician should be capable of cable laying, conduit and trunking work, device mounting, system configuration, testing, and commissioning. The role also includes preventive maintenance, fault diagnosis, replacement of faulty equipment, firmware upgrades, customer support, and preparation of service reports. Candidates should have basic knowledge of IP addressing, routers, switches, wireless access points, and computer hardware. Experience with brands such as Hikvision, Dahua, CP Plus, Honeywell, Matrix, eSSL, ZKTeco, or similar will be an added advantage. The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills, be willing to travel for on-site installations and service visits, and work independently or as part of a team. A valid two-wheeler driving license is preferred. ITI, Diploma, or equivalent technical qualification with 1-5 years of relevant field experience is desirable.
