Job Description

Job Title: Cath Lab Technician

Department: Cardiology / Cath Lab

Job Description:

Responsible for assisting in all cardiac catheterization and interventional procedures. Operates Cath Lab equipment, maintains sterile field, and ensures patient safety during diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain Cath Lab machines and monitoring systems.

Assist cardiologists in angiography, angioplasty, and pacemaker implantation.

Ensure radiation protection and equipment calibration.

Monitor ECG, hemodynamic parameters, and patient vitals during procedures.

Maintain procedural records and inventory of consumables.

Follow hospital safety and infection control protocols.

Qualification & Experience:

Diploma / . in Cardiac or Cath Lab Technology.

1-3 years of Cath Lab experience preferred.
