Prepare and position patients for cardiac catheterization and angiographic procedures.
• Set up, operate, and maintain specialized imaging and monitoring equipment (., fluoroscopy machines, pressure injectors).
• Assist physicians during invasive cardiovascular procedures by monitoring vital signs and managing instruments.
• Maintain sterile field and follow all infection control protocols.
• Record and document procedural data accurately in patient files and hospital systems.
• Prepare contrast media and other medical supplies before the procedure.
• Monitor patient’s condition before, during, and after the procedure.
• Assist in post-procedure care and recovery.
• Ensure equipment calibration and perform routine maintenance checks.
• Respond promptly to emergencies or complications during procedures.
