Cashier - Full Time

We are looking for a reliable Cashier to join our team in Mohali. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling cash transactions accurately, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring that our customers have a positive experience at our location.

Key Responsibilities:

- Processing Transactions: Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions accurately while ensuring proper change is given to customers.

- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, address their queries, and assist them with their purchases, ensuring they leave satisfied.

- Maintaining Cash Register: Keep the cash register organized and ensure accurate accounting of sales at the end of each shift.

- Reconciling Cash: Conduct daily cash counts, ensuring that transactions match sales records and reporting discrepancies promptly.

- Following Policies: Adhere to company policies regarding cash handling and customer service protocols to maintain a standard of operation.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a cashier role, with the ability to handle high-pressure situations in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma is required. Strong mathematical skills are essential for handling cash transactions quickly and accurately. Good communication skills are necessary to interact with customers effectively. The candidate should demonstrate strong attention to detail and be trustworthy, as managing cash and financial records is critical to this role.
