We are seeking a dedicated Cargo Executive to join our team in Alipurduar. This position is suitable for individuals with little to no experience, making it an excellent opportunity for freshers. The Cargo Executive will handle various tasks related to the transportation and management of cargo efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Cargo Booking: Assist in booking cargo spaces and ensure all documents are completed accurately, facilitating smooth transportation.

2. Cargo Handling: Oversee the loading and unloading of goods, ensuring safety and adherence to regulations to prevent damage.

3. Documentation: Prepare and maintain necessary cargo documentation, including invoices, shipping instructions, and customs documentation, to ensure compliance.

4. Communication: Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to provide updates on cargo status and resolve any issues promptly.

5. Inventory Management: Monitor and manage cargo inventory, maintaining accurate records to support timely deliveries and minimize discrepancies.
